人力资本是现代经济的增长的重要应素之一,对人的投资不仅能使人力资本自身形成递增的收益,而且使劳动和资本等要素的投入也能产生递增的收益,因而能使整个经济产生递增的规模效益。所以说,人力资本对现代企业的影响是很大的。不同形式的对人力资本的投资也会对企业的发展带来不同的影响。本文就人力资源对现代企业的发展的相关影响做一个简要的分析。
