目的验证某型飞机从万米高空俯冲降落直至着陆滑跑过程中,在经历了环境温度从-55℃到常温快速剧烈变化后起落架性能的改变。方法依据起落架落震试验要求,进行起落架高低温环境模拟技术研究。结果综合考虑试验技术指标、试验件结构尺寸和试验场地限制,成功研制了专用的起落架高低温环境模拟设备。结论为研究起落架缓冲器内敏感参数与温度的变化规律和起落架结构性能提供了验证手段。
Objective To verify the change of the landing gear performance of a certain type of aircraft after it subdued and descended from a height of 10,000 meters until landing and sliding, undergoing rapid and dramatic changes in ambient temperature from -55 ° C to room temperature. Methods Based on the landing gear drop test requirements, research on the landing gear high and low temperature environment simulation technology. Results Considering the technical specifications of the test, the structural dimensions of the test piece and the limits of the test site, a dedicated landing gear high and low temperature environment simulation equipment was successfully developed. Conclusion This study provides a verification method for studying the variation law of the sensitive parameters and temperature of the landing gear bumper and the structural performance of the landing gear.
