矿用链条是采煤机械运输和牵引不可缺少的部分,使用性能的好坏,将直接影响生产和安全。为了能够在质量上得到保证,生产出具有良好综合性能的产品,我厂从选料、工艺、试验等多环节质量工作入手,进行了严格把关。(?)链条选料为25MnV,规格为φ18,各项综合机械性能符合部颁“C”级标准(即破断吨位不低于41t,试验负荷下总延伸率≤1.6%,破断延伸率≥12%)。我们在对成品链条性能试验中发现,涂漆与不涂漆的链条强度上是有差别的,如果在涂漆后24h作强度试验,相比之下强度平均低于不涂漆链条2t左右,强度试验曲线如图1所示。但在随后的10天、20天、30天、60天的试验中,强度再无下降趋势(图2所示)。相反略有回升,其机理有待进一步探讨。
