电力体制改革加速推进2016年电改全面实施,电改试点覆盖29个省(区、市)及新疆生产建设兵团,输配电价改革试点基本覆盖所有省级电网。北京和广州两大国家级电力交易中心挂牌成立,各省级电力交易机构陆续成立并相对独立运作。《售电公司准入与退出管理办法》和《有序放开配电网业务管理办法》出台,首批105个增量配电业务改革试点项目公布,数千家售电公司注册成立。
The reform of electric power system accelerated In 2016, the electric power reform was fully implemented. The electric power reform pilot covered 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The pilot projects of transmission and distribution price reform basically covered all the provincial power grids. Beijing and Guangzhou two state-level power trading center was established, the provincial-level power trading institutions have been established and relatively independent. The Administrative Measures on the Entry and Exit of Sales Corporations and the Administrative Measures on the Orderly Release of Distribution Networks were released. The first batch of 105 incremental power distribution business reform pilot projects were announced, and thousands of power sales companies were incorporated.
