当前在保险市场竞争激烈,人保公司体制进行重大改革之际,如何顺应潮流,站稳脚跟,推动业务继续发展,确实值得我们认真思索和研究。广州市分公司借鉴国内外同业的做法,结合本地区的情况,推出寿险业务试行营销员制度的方案。在此我们将他们的方案和管理规定推荐给大家。两篇小小的文章如果能对人保的改革作点贡献,对基层公司同志有所启迪,我们将感到十分欣慰。由于此方案处于试行阶段及其它一些原因,我们转载时将文中一些数据删去,望读者见谅。
At present, when the insurance market is fiercely competitive and the PICC system undergoes major reforms, it is worth our earnest consideration and research on how to keep abreast of the current and to gain a firm foothold so as to promote its continued development. Guangzhou Branch draws on the practices of domestic and foreign counterparts and, in light of the situation in the region, launches a pilot scheme of life insurance business pilot marketing system. Here we recommend their programs and regulations to everyone. We would be very pleased if two small articles make any contribution to the reform of PICC and inspiration to grassroots comrades.
