有人把人的脾气分为四种:第一种人有本事而没脾气,第二种人有本事又有脾气,第三种人没本事也没脾气,第四种人没本事而有脾气。据我体会并观察身边的同事们,秘书人员给人的印象大多是“有本事而没脾气”,共同的特征是清贫,共同的特点是能干,共同的脾气是寡言。我认为这种“有本事而没脾气”,是指德才兼备、品学兼优而又无傲气、盛气、躁气。秘书人员的职业特点需要的就是这种“脾气”:第一、要有小心谨慎的脾气,不可粗疏盲从。周恩来总理是我们党和国家的卓越领导人,他提出秘书工作者要“戒慎恐惧地工作”,并以此作为衡量秘书人员做秘书工
Some people put people’s temper is divided into four kinds: the first person has the ability to have no temper, the second person has the ability to have a temper, the third person has no ability nor temper, the fourth person has no ability and temper. As far as I can understand and observe the colleagues around me, the secretaries give the impression that most of them are “capable but not temper”. The common feature is that they are poor. The common characteristic is their ability to work together and the common temper is reticent. I think this kind of “ability without temper,” refers to both ability and political integrity, good character and no arrogance, arrogance, impatience.
