现行信号楼范围内接地装置的设计与安装存在着地线数量多、布局不合理，总体不规范等问题，无法满足现行施工规范要求，必须对信号楼接地装置进行改进，规范设计与施工。
The design and installation of grounding devices in the existing signal buildings have many problems such as the number of grounding cables, unreasonable layout and overall non-standard, which can not meet the requirements of current construction codes. The grounding devices of signal buildings must be improved to standardize the design and construction.
