一 前言 本文根据无动件液压元件的工作特性设计了一种新型的液压元件,并将其应用到发动机的化油器系统中去,其目的是使传统的化油器结构简化,并从节能角度改虑,提高原有的工作性能和提高发动机的工作效率。本文设计的无动作液压元件与一般的液压元件有所不同,其优点是整个元件在工作时无可动部分;所构成的化油器系统与传统的化油器系统相比较,具有结构简单、工作性能良好的特点。本文设计的一套化油器系统结构,曾经过台架测试和实际的装车使用,其中有些指标已超过传统化油器的性能。
