2004年进行的监察机关派驻机构领导体制改革,将派驻机构由中央纪委、监察部和驻在部门双重领导,改为由中央纪委、监察部直接领导,是加强党内监督的一项重大举措,有利于使派驻机构保持相对的独立性,增强权威性。但还需要从人事制度,管理制度,财政制度等方面进一步完善。
The reform of the leadership system of the supervisory organs stationed in 2004, with the dual leadership of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Ministry of Supervision and the resident department instead of the direct leadership of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Ministry of Supervision, is a major measure for strengthening inner-party supervision.
