目的 介绍并分析适用于一类医学动态监测数据的稳健参数估计方法。方法 结合分布假设和稳健统计给出了参数估计方法。首次提出一种迭代求取形状参数稳健估计的算法。结果 该方法对医学动态监测中某生理量异常所占百分比值统计量的参数估计优于临床普遍采用的方法。结论 通过对分布拟合、估计优效性和可实现性、估计稳健性等理论分析和模拟实验,表明该方法是一种高效、可靠的稳健参数估计方法
Objective To introduce and analyze a robust parameter estimation method suitable for a kind of medical dynamic monitoring data. The method is combined with distribution hypothesis and robust statistics to give the parameter estimation method. For the first time, an iterative algorithm for determining the robustness of shape parameters is proposed. Results The method of this method is superior to the commonly used method in estimating the parameter of the percentage of a certain physiological abnormality in medical dynamic monitoring. Conclusions Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments on distribution fitting, superiority and feasibility, and robustness estimation, the proposed method is an efficient and reliable method for robust parameter estimation
