作为卫生类院校下的中医美容专业,同时又立足于中职教育的层次特点,经过5年的实践探索,我们总结认为,中职中医美容教育,首先要明确其培养目标:培养中医保健美容技术型人才,要能够满足广大基层美容养生市场的需求。同时要做到在人才培养模式、课程设置、教学方法和评价标准上,与培养目标相一致。考虑到中职学生的年龄特点,还应该把德育放在首位。关注礼仪德行的培养,提升综合素质,为学生从学校走入社会、走进行业做好心理铺垫,能更好地融入工作,热爱工作。
