[目的]观察星状神经节阻滞(stellalum ganglion block,SGB)对帕金森病吞咽障碍功能的改善。[方法]将80例患者随机分成两组,在常规神经内科治疗的基础上,实验组給予SGB治疗。[结果]实验组吞咽功能与对照组比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。[结论]SGB能显著提高帕金森病患者的吞咽功能。
[Objective] To observe the effect of stellar ganglion block (SGB) on the dysfunction of dysphagia in Parkinson’s disease. [Methods] Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional neurological treatment, the experimental group was given SGB treatment. [Results] The swallowing function in experimental group was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] SGB can significantly improve the swallowing function in patients with Parkinson disease.
