Located in the southern part of Yunnan Province and on the north bank of the Red River, Xiduodujiu is the seat of the state capital of the Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Honghe in Yunnan Province. It belongs to the cities separately listed in Yunnan’s national economic and social development plan and is open to the outside world.
