一九七八年七月,我院曾收治一例氨苯砜急性中毒的病例,现报道如下。一、病例介绍李×,男,25岁,汉族,已婚,本市人,××厂工人,一九七八年七月二十五日入院,住院号782991。患者已患“麻风病”四年,经专科医生治疗,病情稳定已二年余,七月二十四日晚七时许,自服氨苯砜200余粒(每粒50mg)而于七月二十五日十二时急诊入院。检查:T37℃,P104次/分,R22次/分,BP110/80mmHg,发育正常,营养中等,神志清楚,急性痛苦容面,自动体位,皮肤,巩膜轻度黄疸、口唇、指端明显发绀,头颅五官正常,颈软,气管居中,甲状腺不肿大心肺
