建筑工程施工技术管理直接关联着工程质量的保证、单位效益的提升、工程生产成本的降低,并且还可有效避免各类安全事故的发生。近年来,随着建筑工程施工技术的不断发展,对建筑工程施工技术管理提出了更高的要求,大大增加了管理难度。此背景下,本文首先分析了建筑工程施工技术管理的实际作用,其次对建筑工程施工技术管理中存在的主要问题进行了一定的阐述,最后探讨了强化我国建筑工程施工技术管理的措施,以供参考。
The construction technology management is directly related to the assurance of project quality, the improvement of unit efficiency, the reduction of project production cost, and also the effective avoidance of various types of safety accidents. In recent years, with the continuous development of construction technology, construction technology management put forward higher requirements, which greatly increased the difficulty of management.
