培育和践行社会主义核心价值观可以有效推动少数民族地区新农村文化建设,提高思想道德和科学文化素质,但必须与实际结合,总结和提炼出具体的少数民族形式。在深入桂中少数民族偏远贫困地区村寨调研基础上,提出在脱贫致富的征途上实现文明和谐,在统筹兼顾的过程中倡导公正法治,在推陈出新的背景下弘扬敬业友善等三条培育和践行的路径。
Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values can effectively promote the cultural construction of new rural areas in ethnic minority areas and enhance ideological, moral and scientific and cultural qualities. However, we must conclude and refine concrete forms of ethnic minorities in the light of actual conditions. On the basis of in-depth investigation and study of villages in remote and poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities in Guangxi and China, this paper proposes three ways to cultivate and practice three aspects: promoting civilized and harmonious on the journey of poverty alleviation and prosperity, advocating fair and rule of law in the process of making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration, path.
