随着经济的高速发展和社会的进步,为人们奠定了良好的生活基础,也使得建筑工程的要求随之增高,尤其是作为工程项目重要组成的建筑机电安装工程。因为建筑机电安装工程质量的好坏直接影响着建筑质量的好坏和使用水平的高低。据此,本文主要结合建筑机电安装施工特点,从图纸设计管理、组织管理、合同管理、施工进度管理、质量管理、施工安全管理六个环节阐述了建筑机电安装工程施工步骤与流程。
With the rapid economic development and social progress, people have laid a good foundation for life, but also makes the construction requirements of the higher, especially as an important component of the construction project mechanical and electrical installation. Because the quality of construction machinery and electrical installation works directly affect the quality of the building quality and level of use. Accordingly, this paper mainly describes the construction steps and flow of the construction electromechanical installation project from the six aspects of drawing design management, organization management, contract management, construction progress management, quality management and construction safety management in combination with the construction and installation features of the construction electromechanical.
