由于劳动合同法关乎亿万群众的切身利益,以及企业和社会的稳定发展,为此,全国人大常委会将劳动合同法执法检查列为今年监督工作重点之一。这是自2008年劳动合同法实施以来全国人大常委会组织的第二次执法检查。
Since the Labor Contract Law concerns the immediate interests of hundreds of millions of people and the stable development of enterprises and society, the NPC Standing Committee lists the law enforcement inspection of labor contract law as one of the focuses of supervision this year. This is the second inspection of law enforcement organized by the NPC Standing Committee since the implementation of the Labor Contract Law in 2008.
