全球化时代已经形成,它对国际私法的发展产生了重要的推动作用,对国际私法若干基本问题,如价值取向、基本制度、法律选择方法都产生了重要影响,本文从宏观和微观两个方面对此做出了详细阐述.全球化进一步推动了国际私法从“主权优位”向“平位协调”发展,更加追求实质正义与程序正义的统一,法律选择的适当性与多元化,同时这也要求我们要充分协调好国际私法的国内立法与参与制定国际私法和国际公约之间的关系.
