从2005年开始,借助总行金融市场业务条线组建的东风,浙江省分行开拓创新、锐意进取,外汇资金业务走出了一条跨越式的发展道路,5年来,代客外汇买卖增长6.7倍,结售汇增长5.7倍,中小企业理财从无到有,至2009年已达14.8亿美元,办理远期结售汇94.3亿美元,外汇资金客户数量超过8000户,交易收益率保持系统先进水平。浙江省分行外汇资金业务高速发展的背后,除了总行金融市场部门的指导帮助外,也得益于浙江省分行的“四个一工程”和“四个确保战略”。
