作为专门从事信息服务的机构,图书馆积累了丰富的信息整理、使用经验,图书馆可以利用自己在这方面的优势,为智库提供信息分析、咨询服务。虽然这会遇到诸如无以往经验可参考、原有观念固化、得不到智库的信任等阻碍,但只有进行变革,才能顺应时代发展的潮流,发挥图书馆最大的社会效用,实现图书馆的可持续发展。
