由黑龙江省卫生厅政策法规处、黑龙江省卫生管理干部学院共同进行的黑龙江省卫生管理干部现状调查于日前结束。据悉,在较大范围内对千余名卫生管理干部进行需求调查,在我国尚属首次。这次调查为了解我省卫生管理干部队伍现状和制定卫生管理干部的专业培训工作决策,提供了重要而又可靠的依据。
The investigation of the status quo of health management officials in Heilongjiang Province jointly conducted by the Policy and Regulation Division of the Health Department of Heilongjiang Province and the Heilongjiang Provincial Health Management and Management Institute ended recently. It is reported that the investigation of the needs of more than a thousand health management cadres in a relatively large area was the first time in China. This survey provided an important and reliable basis for understanding the status quo of the provincial health management cadres and formulating professional training work for health management cadres.
