培养大学生综合能力是构成高校素质教育重要组成部分,这一组成部分不仅是当前的总体趋势,也是解决学生就业问题的良好渠道。综合大学大学生在加强自身专业技能的基础之上,强化艺术教育,加强学生在能力、知识和素质方面的提升,促进学生加强自身竞争和互动能力的培养。在教育日益国际化的过程中,综合大学强化学生综合素质的培养,是教育改革的必然。
The cultivation of comprehensive ability of college students constitutes an important part of the quality education in colleges and universities. This component is not only the current general trend but also a good channel for solving the problems of students’ employment. Based on strengthening their professional skills, undergraduates of integrated universities should strengthen arts education, enhance students ’ability, knowledge and quality, and promote students’ ability to cultivate their own competition and interactive ability. In the process of the increasingly internationalization of education, it is inevitable for an integrated university to strengthen the overall quality of students in education reform.
