加强活动课程管理,这是开展素质教育的一个很重要的方面。我们的指导思想是:在素质教育思想的指导下,调动各方面的力量。发挥学校教育的整体功能,全面贯彻党的教育方针,面向全体学生,全面实施活动课程,全面提高学生素质。在具体操作的指导思想上,我们注意把握4点:1.趣味性。充分考虑少年儿童好奇、争强、好胜、有强烈的表现欲等特点,使学生在情趣盎然的活动课程中感受到欢乐、有趣。2.主体性。善于发挥学生在活动中的主体作用,调动起他们的四肢五官,积极引导他们动手动脑,争做活动课的小主人。
