磷酸铵盐干粉是哈龙灭火剂的最佳替代品之一,同时,超细干粉的灭火效果要远远大于普通的干粉灭火剂。将超细磷酸铵盐干粉用于抑制瓦斯爆炸,采用容积为20 L近球形气体抑爆实验系统,测试粒径为22μm的超细磷酸铵盐干粉对瓦斯的抑爆效果。实验结果表明:该超细磷酸铵盐干粉使浓度为7%的瓦斯最大爆炸压力pm最大降低32%,同时,粉体最佳抑爆浓度为50 g/m3。实验证明,抑爆粉体的抑爆效果不仅与粉体的浓度有关,同时也与瓦斯浓度有一定的关系。
Ammonium phosphate dry powder is one of the best alternatives to halon fire extinguishing agents. At the same time, the extinguishing effect of ultrafine dry powder is far greater than ordinary dry powder extinguishing agents. The superfine ammonium phosphate dry powder was used to suppress gas explosion.
