伴随着国民经济的复苏和进一步发展,电煤的需求正在稳步上升并将持续相当长的一段时间。在此过程中,我国特有的市场煤和定价电矛盾正越来越突出。本文首先从我国电煤总体的供需状况出发,分析了长期来看电煤价格看涨的趋势,同时考察国内电力企业的经营效益,并在此基础上提出应该立足于市场化改革来解决冲突问题,采取双轨制相结合的手段,建立和完善我国煤电价格联动机制以及相应对策建议。
With the recovery and further development of the national economy, the demand for coal is steadily rising and will continue for a long period of time. In the process, the contradiction between coal and pricing power, which is peculiar to our country, is becoming more and more prominent. Based on the overall supply and demand of coal in our country, this paper analyzes the trend of coal price in the long run, and at the same time examines the operating efficiency of domestic power companies. On the basis of this, it puts forward that we should solve the conflict problem based on market reform, Adopting a combination of two-track system to establish and improve China’s coal price linkage mechanism and the corresponding countermeasures.
