随着剖宫产率的上升,剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩的机会增多。其传统结束分娩的方法是遵循“一次剖宫产、次次剖宫产”的观点。本文对40例剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩的处理进行回顾,就分娩方式及产程处理情况报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 年龄最小24岁,最大40岁,平均28.8岁,其中26～30岁最多。1.2 孕龄<37孕周者3例,≥37～40孕周者34例,≥42孕周者3例。1.3 前次剖宫产与此次分娩时间距离剖宫产后<2年者6例,≥2～3年者28例,≥3年者6例,最短为1年,最长为8年6个月。
With the increase of cesarean section rate, there is an increased chance of pregnancy and childbirth again after cesarean section. The traditional method of ending delivery is to follow the “one cesarean section, second cesarean section” point of view. This article 40 cases of cesarean section after pregnancy again delivery treatment review, mode of delivery and labor process report as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 The youngest 24 years old, maximum 40 years old, average 28.8 years, of which 26 to 30 years of age. 1.2 gestational age <37 gestational weeks in 3 cases, ≥ 37 to 40 gestational weeks in 34 cases, ≥ 42 gestational weeks in 3 cases. 1.3 The previous cesarean section with the time of delivery from 6 cases of cesarean section <2 years, ≥ 2 to 3 years in 28 cases, ≥ 3 years in 6 cases, the shortest of 1 year, up to 8 years 6 Months.
