明明开发软件有成本,却要免费提供给客户;明明投资收益只有6%,为给客户11%不惜倒贴5个点。日前,证监会批互联网基金“两宗罪”的消息迅速传播。其中,第一项“罪名”为片面强调高收益,第二项“罪名”则直指“补贴”营销,将基金收益拉高至8%乃至10%的机构。目前,数米基金已经成了第一个被罚者,浙江证监局已经对其开出罚单,称其销售宣传违规,责令改正。
