对5790名健康者进行用力肺活量测定,观察健康人群最大呼气流量(PEF)的重复性。结果表明当FVC和FEV1重复性的95%位数在5以内时,相应的PEF重复性95%位数男性高达34.29,女性30.23。若以平均变异系数(C.V)来考核重复性,FVC的C.V值男性1.61±0.65,女性1.53±0.64;FEV1的C.V为1.51±0.69和1.47±0.69,而相应的FFF的C.V达7.78±7.22和7.29±6.13。提示PEF的重复性较FVC和FEV1明显较差,建议应用PEF值来考核气道阻塞性变化时宜结合临床综合评判。
Fetal spirometry was performed on 5790 healthy volunteers to observe the reproducibility of maximum expiratory flow (PEF) in healthy people. The results showed that when 95% of the repeats of FVC and FEV1 were within 5%, the corresponding 95% of PEF repeats were 34.29 for males and 30.23 for females. If the average coefficient of variation (C.V) to assess reproducibility, FVC C. V values were 1.61 ± 0.65 for males and 1.53 ± 0.64 for females; V was 1.51 ± 0.69 and 1.47 ± 0.69, while the corresponding FFF was C. V reaches 7.78 ± 7.22 and 7.29 ± 6.13. Tip PEF repeatability FVC and FEV1 significantly worse, it is recommended to use PEF value to assess changes in airway obstruction should be combined with clinical comprehensive evaluation.
