天网mase的普及,一方面为大学生学习、娱乐、资讯、沟通提供了一个广阔的信息平台,另一方面也使它成了淫秽和色情信息的集散地。大学生通过天网mase传播淫秽信息足以构成传播淫秽物品罪。本文通过对天网的介绍,以及传播淫秽物品罪的构成要件分析,希望能够引起有关部门和人员,尤其是在校大学生的重视,进而能洁身自好。
Skynet mase popularity, on the one hand for college students to learn, entertainment, information, communication provides a broad platform for information, on the other hand it also made it into obscene and pornographic information distribution center. The dissemination of obscene information by college students through Skynet mase is sufficient to constitute a crime of disseminating obscene material. Through the introduction of Skynet and the analysis of the constitutional elements of crime of disseminating obscene articles, this article hopes to attract the attention of relevant departments and personnel, especially college students, and thus can clean themselves.
