高校民主党派组织是高校重要的政治资源,在构建和谐校园建设中应充分发挥民主党派协调关系、理顺情绪、化解矛盾的功能。和谐校园是和谐社会的重要组成部分,建设和谐校园要处理好人与人、人与学校各方面的关系。要充分发挥高校民主党派所具有的独特优势和作用,实现民主办学、人才各尽所能、人际关系和谐、校园安全稳定、学校可持续发展,促进和谐校园建设。
The democratic parties in colleges and universities are the important political resources in colleges and universities. In building the harmonious campus, the democratic parties should give full play to the function of coordinating the relations among the democratic parties, straightening out emotions and resolving conflicts.
