倒卖车票活动是铁路治安难点之一。本文结合铁路部门特别是铁路公安机关遏止倒票活动斗争实践,从利益驱动、票贩生存环境、打击倒票活动困难三个方面阐析了倒票活动屡禁不绝的原因;从票贩群体构成、内部关系、倒票地点、销票手段、反侦查能力及车票来源揭示了倒票活动的规律和特点;认为根治倒票活动需要全社会共同努力,实施综合治理。
Salvage ticket activities is one of the difficulties of railway security.
