The establishment of enterprise HR and the implementation of line manager are tools and carriers for enterprises to carry out performance management. In practice, enterprises do not lack the technical means and methods of appraisal, but they still lack the long-term importance and extensive participation in and acceptance of a certain performance appraisal system.
