电力用油主要指汽轮机油、变压器油和EH系统中的磷酸酯抗燃油 3大类 ,存在油中含气体、水、固态杂质和酸值问题。气体、水、固态杂质和酸值使电力油系统造成污染 ,影响汽轮机、变压器、汽轮机调速系统伺服阀的正常工作。因此 ,必须采用油净化装置对电力用油进行净化。目前 ,已引进了真空油净化技术。油净化装置的选型原则是 :应具备在线连续运行的能力 ;出油量和一次脱水率应合适 ;应有运行可靠性和保护功能。
Electricity oil mainly refers to the steam turbine oil, transformer oil and EH system phosphate anti-fuel oil three categories, there is gas containing oil, water, solid impurities and acid value problems. Gas, water, solid impurities and acid value of the oil pollution caused by the power system, affecting the steam turbine, transformers, steam turbine governor system servo valve normal work. Therefore, oil purification equipment must be used to purify electric oil. At present, vacuum oil purification technology has been introduced. Selection principle of oil purification device is: should have the ability to run continuously online; the amount of oil and a dehydration rate should be appropriate; should have operational reliability and protection.
