对除外继发性高尿酸血症和影响血脂因素的原发性高血压113例,作以下测定,并与对照组对比分析,显示:1.原高组血尿酸水平显著高于正常血压组,原高组高尿酸血症发生率为35.4%。2.高尿酸组血中甘油三酯和β脂蛋白水平显著高于对照组,而HDL 和 HDL/T-Ch 则显著低于对照组。3.高尿酸组心血管损害发生率显著高于对照组,各项测定显示原发性高血压伴高尿酸血症的血脂改变和尿酸本身与血管性损害高发生率有着密切关系。
