伴随着我国经济的快速发展,工程建筑项目也在逐渐增加,建筑工程建设管理过程中,工程造价控制对建筑工程的效益具有直接的影响,如何有效控制工程造价预算是当前建筑行业重点研究的问题。但由于建筑工程造价涉及的内容较多,加上建筑企业自身的造价控制意识薄弱,管理人员的素质较低,使得建筑单位在进行工程造价控制时经常出现超预算问题,一定程度上阻碍了建筑企业的持续发展。
