本文阐述了高等职业教育中实行导师制存在着教师教学水平不够到位,相关的配套设施及制度不完善等问题,并提出高职院校实行导师制应该注意的一些问题。导师制模式在高职旅游管理专业中起着重要作用,它可以使老师能够及时发现学生学习中的一些问题,并给予解决,改进和调整教学,同时,导师制可以增加学生的实践活动,帮助学生实现良好的就业。
This article elaborates the problems such as the tutor system in higher vocational education does not exist, the related supporting facilities and system are not perfect, and some problems that should be paid attention to when the tutor system is implemented in higher vocational colleges.
