1.概述西安理工大学校工厂锅炉房现有上海工业锅炉厂产DZL—1.25—A_1型单锅筒纵置式链条炉排蒸汽锅炉三台,于八十年代初安装投入使用后便改造成为热水锅炉。在九八年十月进行技术改造前,该三台锅炉为教学区和校工厂车间共8.1万m~2的房间供暖。长期以来,锅炉均未能进入正常运行状态,致使我校教学区冬季供暖效果不佳,给师生员工的工作和学习带来诸多不便。2.改造前锅炉本体及部分配套辅机运行状况分析2.1 改造前锅炉燃烧状况该三台锅炉改造前均正压燃烧,运行中鼓风机微开,引风机全开,各个风室风量难以调节,炉膛内火焰呈涡旋漂浮状态。
