在基础饲料中分别添加10 mg/kg黄霉素和200 mg/kg大蒜素,研究其对鲫鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:黄霉素和大蒜素对鲫鱼的生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。大蒜素组血红蛋白显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),血清白蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯显著高于黄霉素组(P<0.05),血清葡萄糖显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇、肝胰脏SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);大蒜素可改善其生理状况。
The basic feed was supplemented with 10 mg / kg flavomycin and 200 mg / kg allicin respectively to study its effects on the growth performance, serum biochemical parameters and antioxidant capacity of Carassius auratus. The results showed that flavomycin and allicin had no significant effect on the growth performance of crucian carp (P> 0.05). The levels of hemoglobin in allicin group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P <0.05), serum albumin, globulin and triglyceride were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) ), Serum total cholesterol, liver and pancreatic SOD activity was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05); allicin can improve their physiological status.
