Russia’s OMK Group signed an order with Danieli Company to supply equipment for CRC (Continuous Casting and Rolling Mill) plant newly constructed by Danieli by OMK Group in Viksa, Nizhny Novgorod region. The CRC plant will produce 1.2 million t of hot-rolled steel coils per year for use by OMK’s production plants in Viksa and Almetyevsk for the production of 21-530 mm diameter steel tubes. This is the first set of thin slab continuous casters installed in Russia
