蹬腿,是由下向上、向前的直线运动的腿法,属于传统腿法中的重要腿法之一。然而,由于多数练习者不得其法,于实战时不能充分运用它,且在攻击时常使身体的正面要害部位尽数暴露了出来,致使此腿法在众多的练武者中忽略了,而多以侧踹和鞭腿占主要的训练。可是人们并不知道,正蹬腿是百腿之母,练好了正蹬腿,踹腿、鞭腿的练法上已达事半功倍之效。
