据文献报道,为提高肌肉的功能活动,用低频电流刺激有良好的效果。作者用电流刺激腭肌综合治疗先天性腭裂,以促进腭咽闭合功能的恢复,改善发音。材料和方法观察先天性腭裂36例,年龄1～8岁,按腭咽闭合功能不全的程度分3组,每组12例,其中6例不用电流刺激腭肌,6例用电疗仪-1刺激
According to the literature, in order to improve the functional activities of muscles, stimulation with low-frequency current has a good effect. The authors used current to stimulate the palate muscle in the treatment of congenital cleft palate, to promote the recovery of velopharyngeal closure function, improve pronunciation. Materials and Methods 36 cases of congenital cleft palate, aged 1 to 8 years old, were divided into three groups according to the extent of velopharyngeal insufficiency.
