目的为预防和控制病媒生物性传染病的传播,在克拉玛依市乌尔禾区开展了蚊、蝇的防制试验,为大面积防制提供科学依据。方法采用常规方法调查,蚊虫防制是安倍药物处理孳生地中的孑孓,蝇类孳生地采用及时收集与处理垃圾;在此基础上用0.05%的氟氯氰菊酯进行滞留喷洒,喷洒计量为蝇类孳生地100~150 ml/m2,绿化带25~50 ml/m2。结果现场防制效果表明化学防制是短期内控制蚊、蝇最有效的方法,通过药物喷洒蚊、蝇类密度呈现逐步下降趋势;同时应开展综合防制,即加强孳生地治理。结论开展蚊、蝇的本底调查是做好蚊、蝇防制的关键,进行综合环境治理是防制蚊、蝇的基础性工作,化学防制是降低蚊蝇侵害的保障措施。
Objective To prevent and control the spread of vector-borne biological infectious diseases, the mosquito and fly control experiments were conducted in Urho district, Karamay, which provided a scientific basis for large-scale prevention and control. Methods The routine methods were used to investigate the mosquito control. The mosquito control was larvae in the breeding place of the Abe drug. The flies breeding place was collected and treated with garbage in time. On the basis of this, spraying with 0.05% cyfluthrin was carried out, 100 ~ 150 ml / m2, green belt 25 ~ 50 ml / m2. Results The results of on-site control showed that chemical control was the most effective method to control mosquito and fly in the short term. The density of flies showed a gradual downward trend through spraying mosquitoes. At the same time, integrated control should be carried out to enhance the control of breeding sites. Conclusion The background investigation of mosquitoes and flies is the key to preventing mosquitoes and flies. Integrated environmental management is the basic work to prevent mosquitoes and flies. Chemical control is the safeguard to reduce the mosquitoes and flies.
