近年来,笔者采用平肝化痰法治愈2例儿童抽动——秽语综合征,现录于此以供同道参考。 张×,男,8岁。门诊号:029747。1992年4月12日初诊。患儿患抽动——秽语综合征2年余。开始时呈不自主的眨眼、皱眉、噘嘴等,服氟哌啶醇等药治疗,仅见效一时,以后逐渐发展到耸肩、踢腿、身体扭转,少则一日十余次,多则上百次,且情绪紧张时加重,抽搐发作时口中带秽语,有时刻板模仿他人,学习成绩明显下降,自信心差,有意躲避他人,食纳欠佳,大便偏干,小便正常。舌质红苔黄腻,脉弦滑。证属痰热内闭,肝风内动,扰及神明。以温胆汤加平肝熄风之品。药用橘皮、云苓、白芍、帜实、竹茹、地龙各12g,半夏、全蝎,钩藤各6g,生姜3片。7剂,每日1剂。4月19日二诊:患儿抽搐次数
