我省井冈霉素土法生产的群众运动发展很快,对防治水稻纹枯病起到了良好作用。目前我省推广以磷酸氢二钾或氯化钾和糖为配料的米饭固体培养基,三级发酵湿产品效价一般可稳定在每克1万单位左右,少数高的达到1.5万单位以上。为了进一步提高产品效价,降低成本,减少耗粮,除了防止杂菌污染和提高发酵技术之外,选育和提纯复壮菌种也很重要。我们与四会县农科所微生物厂、顺德县陈村公社造纸厂井冈霉素车间和东莞县横沥公社月塘大队农科站,共同进行了试验研究。现推荐一
