近年来,美国联合技术公司化学系统分部验证了两种低成本的模压喷管,它们可代替目前常用的布带缠绕的碳酚醛喷管。这两种低成本的模压喷管分别采用模压碳纤维填充的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)和树脂传递模压(RTM)碳酚醛两种方法成型。 一、PDMS压缩模压喷管 用6种侯选材料分别制成了6台缩比喷管,并在1.8kg发动机上进行了试验。推进剂是84%固体/16%铝粉的PBAN配方。这6种侯选材料是:(1)MXE C926,它是碳织物增强的PDMS;(2)MXE C216,不连续碳纤维增强的PDMS,碳纤维含量40%(重量);(3)MXES602,氧化硅织物增强的PDMS;(4)HTPB,HTPB(R—45—A5)
In recent years, United Technologies Corp. Chemical Systems Division has validated two low-cost molded nozzles that replace commonly used tape-wrapped carbon phenolic nozzles. The two low-cost molded nozzles are molded using molded carbon-fiber-filled polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and resin transfer molded (RTM) carbonized phenolic respectively. First, PDMS compression molded nozzle with six kinds of candidate materials were made of 6 sets of contraction nozzle, and 1.8kg engine was tested. The propellant is a PBAN formulation of 84% solids / 16% aluminum powder. The six candidate materials are: (1) MXE C926, which is a carbon fiber reinforced PDMS; (2) MXE C216, discontinuous carbon fiber reinforced PDMS with 40% carbon fiber content; (3) MXES602, Fabric-enhanced PDMS; (4) HTPB, HTPB (R-45-A5)
