目的探讨磁性附着体修复治疗对老年全口覆盖义齿患者满意度评价以及对患者牙周健康的影响。方法选取2013年7月—2016年2月期间就诊患者82例,给予磁性附着体修复治疗,并观察记录修复前和修复后第6个月和第12个月患者满意度、牙周健康状态。结果修复后第6个月和第12个月,满意度评分较修复前显著提高(P<0.05),龈钩液量较修复前显著减少(P<0.05),修复后第6个月和第12个月,患者龈钩出血指数、牙周袋深度虽然有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),牙槽骨高度较修复前虽有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论磁性附着体修复治疗可明显提高老年全口覆盖义齿患者咀嚼率和满意度,改善牙周组织健康情况。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of magnetic attachment prostheses in elderly patients with complete overdenture and its effect on the periodontal health of the patients. Methods Totally 82 patients were enrolled in the study from July 2013 to February 2016, and magnetic attachments were given for repair. The patient satisfaction and periodontal health status were recorded before and 6 and 12 months after repair. Results At the 6th month and the 12th month after repair, the satisfaction score was significantly higher than that before the repair (P <0.05), and the volume of the gingival hooks significantly decreased compared with that before the repair (P <0.05) The alveolar bone hemorrhage index and periodontal pocket depth increased at 12 months, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Although the height of alveolar bone was lower than that before restoration, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05) . Conclusion Magnetic attachment repair can significantly improve chewing rate and satisfaction of elderly patients with complete overdenture and improve the health of periodontal tissues.
