小盘河水库位于甘肃省庆阳市蒲河上、巴家嘴水库下游,控制流域面积较大,汛期洪峰流量较大。工程区在地貌单元上属黄土高原沟壑区,坝址左岸基岩出露,右岸黄土覆盖层较厚,根据该地形地质条件,在设计中采用了多种枢纽布置及坝型方案进行比选,最终采用河床左岸布置混凝土泄水排沙建筑物、右岸布置均质土坝的混合坝型方案。此方案经济合理,为西北黄土高原特殊地质条件下枢纽布置及坝型设计提供了一定的借鉴意义。
Small Panhe Reservoir is located in Puhe, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, the lower reaches of the Bachiazui Reservoir, the control basin area larger flood peak flow larger. The project area belongs to the gully area of the loess plateau on the topographic units, and the bedrock on the left bank of the dam site is exposed. The thick cover of the loess on the right bank is thick. According to the topographic and geologic conditions, a variety of hub layouts and dam schemes are used in the design, The left bank of the riverbed is used to arrange concrete drainage and sediment discharge structures and the right bank is to be equipped with a mixed dam type scheme of a homogeneous earth dam. This scheme is economical and reasonable, which provides a reference for hub layout and dam design under special geological conditions in the Northwest Loess Plateau.
