当下,集团公司“重塑中国石油良好形象”大讨论活动如火如荼,政工干部要在组织参与和实践中,树立和提升自身良好形象,切实做到“三不”。不能“灯下黑”。大讨论活动是一次上下联动、全员参与的思想再认识、思想大发动。政工干部既是活动的实施者,又是践行者,要全身心融入其中,带头落实,亲力亲为。坚决克服和纠正活动方案下发万事大吉,只要求基层如何落实,却放松了对自身最基本要求,影响了政工干部良好形象树立和提升。
