基于“以人为本”理念实现学生教育体系构建,是教育的本质与教育的现状所决定的,是经济、社会、科技不断发展的必然要求。实现“以人为本”的学生教育体系的构建,首先要明确学生的主体地位,让大学生都能够参与到教育体系中;其次要注重人文关怀,为学生提供更加全面的指导与服务体系;再次,要整合各种传播手段,实现教育体系的互动性与交流性;最后,要依托学生宿舍、社团等,实现教育管理机制的创新与发展。
